Our Promise

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If the product has a genuine defect — the vault fails to load, search returns no results, or the setup scripts error out — and we cannot resolve it within 7 days of your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.

What Qualifies

Vault file fails to decrypt with the issued license key.
Setup scripts error out on a supported platform (Windows / macOS / Linux) and we cannot resolve the issue.
MCP server fails to start after following the setup instructions.

What Doesn't Qualify

Buyer's remorse or change of mind after downloading the vault.
Compatibility issues with unsupported software or custom configurations.
Issues caused by modifying vault files or setup scripts.

How to Request

Email hermesian0000@gmail.com with:

The email address used for purchase.
A brief description of the issue.
Any error messages or screenshots (if applicable).

We will respond within 24 hours. If we can't resolve it within 7 days, the refund is processed immediately.

Process Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the funds to appear (Stripe: 5-10 business days. FPX/DuitNow: 3-5 business days).
